Built around a mature, race-proven control core and enhanced with AMP Engine Management hardware innovation, AMP Competition provides the confidence, speed, and expandability required for modern high-performance engines.

Hardware Overview

AMP Competition features dual SuperSeal automotive connectors with a total of 60 pins, delivering secure, environmentally sealed connections suitable for harsh engine bay conditions.

Integrated hardware includes:

  • Bosch LSU4.9 Wideband Control

  • Onboard 4-Bar MAP Sensor

  • Onboard Barometric Pressure Sensor

This combination reduces external components, simplifies wiring, and improves overall system reliability.

    • Engine Support: Manages up to 8-cylinder engines with sequential fuel injection and ignition or up to 4-rotor rotary engines with sequential fuel and individual leading/trailing ignition outputs
    • Broad Ignition Compatibility: Supports over 50 ignition modes, including popular GM LS, Ford Coyote, Chrysler Hemi, and Bosch Motronic systems, and many more
    • VVT Control: Manages up to 4 camshafts with both open-loop and closed-loop VVT strategies
    • Enhanced Tuning Options: Supports VE-based, Speed Density, Alpha-N, MAF, and ITB tuning modes for precise control
