Refund policy

Return Window:

 Items may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date. RMAs must be requested within this period, and returned items must reach us within 50 days of the original shipment date. This allows us to process refunds within the 60-day window, which is the maximum allowed by some payment processors.

Return Fees:

  • Opened Electronics: Opened electronics cannot be returned under our standard return policy. Any opened electronics will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Unopened Electronics: Unopened electronics are subject to a 7% restocking fee. Returned electronics must remain sealed in their original packaging to ensure the product’s quality and functionality.
  • Non-Electronic Items: Opened non-electronic items can be returned, subject to a 7% restocking fee.

Authorized Dealer-Only Return Policy for Opened Electronics:

  • Eligibility for Return: Opened electronics cannot be returned under our standard return policy. All returned electronics must remain sealed in their original packaging to ensure the product’s quality and functionality.
  • Inspection & Testing: Dealers who receive opened returned products may send them to us for inspection, testing, and repackaging, subject to a $75 diagnostic fee. This service is available exclusively to dealers.
  • End-User Damage: If any end-user damage is found during the inspection, we will provide a quote for the necessary repair costs or return the product to the dealer, depending on their preference.
  • Repackaging & Resealing: After inspection and testing, the product will be repackaged, resealed, and returned to the dealer in a sealed condition to ensure it meets the required quality and functionality standards.
  • Process: Dealers must contact us to initiate the inspection process. If you choose to move forward, we will provide you with the return instructions and necessary details.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Guidelines:

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and fully functional. Opened electronics will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
