MegaSquirt-II Daughterboard
For upgrading your Megasquirt-I ECU, or replacement of your damaged MegaSquirt-II daughterboard. MS2 daughter cards are for use only with genuine Bowling & Grippo MegaSquirt mainboard PCBs. This is the latest version of the MegaSquirt-II daughterboard with the C64 processor and is CAN-enabled. The latest embedded code can be found at the MS2/Extra downloads page.

You can install it as an upgrade, although the MS2 / V2.2 combination is not as well documented or up to date as the MS2 / V3.0 or MS2 / V3.57. See the MS2/Extra archive web manuals for notes about this combination.
The MSPNP Gen 2 is based on the MicroSquirt Module and does not use an MS2 daughterboard.
The daughter board is assembled and ready to drop onto a MegaSquirt main board. It ships without firmware but can be loaded with Bowling & Grippo code or MS2/Extra. Loading code can be done with an ordinary serial cable and a laptop, no special tools required, and takes about five minutes.
